Hey Guys, 

So management thought this would be a good idea. 

A stupid idea 

At first it was supposed to be fun, an insight to our lives, an extra to go with the dvd but then they said it would help if we wrote it ALL down.

Pfft what do they know 

So that's what we did, we took time out during and after the tour to put together the best and worst parts of our days.

What a waste of time and a stupid idea 

Calum for god sake shut up and let Ashton finish his intro, we know your upset but please. 

Anyway so as I was saying we took the time, all 6 of us, to write down the highs, the lows, the laughter and the tears all in hopes that it would help us cope, especially Calum. 

We also thought that you guys were owed an explanation so here it is.....
