This is just a sample story. I will probably not continue on with it. I did this as an assignment for English, it is based on Neil Gaiman's "The Graveyard Book" and what it would be like for Scarlett two years in the future from the ending of the book. I really hope you enjoy, I just wanted to see what people thought of my writing before I start uploading proper stories :D please give feedback xx  ~ ~ ~ Scarlett Amber Perkins, nineteen years old, perky, determined and curious. "You make me so damn angry," He says huskily, fanning his warm breath on my neck, making another shiver course through me. He places a kiss right below my ear, and I visibly shudder. He notices. He starts attacking the spot with his lips, and I bite my lip hard trying hard to not let the moan escape me. I involuntarily close my eyes. Everywhere he touches me sparks erupt. He starts sucking on the spot. "R-Roman, pl-please, st-top," I push lightly on his chest, but he doesn't even flinch. I didn't want this to happen, not when he was just being a total asshole 2 seconds ago. "Roman," I practically moan out his name. He starts gently biting me, and I melt into him. I put my hands on his shoulders and push him again, slightly harder this time, but as he keeps attacking my neck, I feel as though all the energy has been drained from me. "You're mine," he says huskily in between kisses. I self consciously nod. "Only mine-" He starts kissing and sucking my jaw, and I refrain from letting out a moan. "And you'll never talk to Dimitri or any of the warriors again." I open my eyes wide at his comment, and I push him back with all my strength. *** They said the Big Wolf was bad... They said no one could tame him... That his heart was made of ice... That he couldn't love anyone and no one could love him. His pack was ruthless... Killed without a second thought. Confused but not having anywhere else to go, she followed his instructions. She didn't know that she would end up at a protection school for supernatural creatures. She didn't know she was needed to fulfill a stupid prophecy some witch lady chanted a thousand years ago. And she definitely didn't know she would meet her mate, whatever that was. All she did know was that he was hardheaded, possessive, and a dragon.

So this is a story I wrote about a girl named Nova. She lives in a world where everyone has a supernatural power. Nova is 13, and if a person's power doesn't show by the time they're 14, they're given to the Government to either be tested or killed. The Government basically makes all the decisions for the whole country. So, Nova's 13, and she still hasn't discovered her powers. When her birthday comes, she still has no power. She can either be sent to the Government, for either testing or death, or she can risk her life running away. I created this story, I created these characters, the characters and the plot are mine. This story is written in first person (using I, we, us, etc.) Also, this is going to be my story for the #justwriteit challenge Also, the idea for this story was given to me by one of my best friends, @minewtlover14

The lights flicked on and I squinted to see a tall and broad figuring standing at my cell door, unlocking it, and walking in. The aura this man was giving out was making it hard not to tremble. I quickly stood up and bowed. "What is your name" he bellowed kinda muffled. I panicked and quickly remembered that the guards had not checked me before putting me in here. I pulled out my speech device and began typing...I looked up for a split second just to see a fist plummeting towards me and everything became fuzzy. I could hear screams but could not make out what was being said. I hate having to write these... I don't know how to describe a book I haven't finished yet. But, based on what I have, here it goes. Please, keep in mind, this is book two of the trilogy. If you haven't read the first one yet, you can find it in my profile, Bound by Destiny. Barely living through the trap set by the Fae that wants her gone, Eve imagines the worst is behind her. A change of location brings hope and sadness. But when one of her vampires is taken, she realizes that the fight will never be over. Not as long as she lives. Armed with magic she doesn't know how to use and her lovers, she enters a world she had never believed could exist, on a rescue mission that would see her take the Unseelie throne, or her and all those she loved dead. To those who have read book one, there are a few changes. Nathaniel's name is now Naiel. And Gabe is dark blond with gray eyes. There will probably be other changes as I go, because that is the type of writer I am, lol. I am going back and editing the changes into book one. I'm terrified, but will be entering Bound by Destiny in the Watty's. Pray for me!

This is back up! I never got around to editing it because I didn't have the time like I thought I would. Enjoy this and the sequel. Isabelle was jolted awake out of her nightmare quite suddenly. Dazed, she tried to look around but found that her head was held firmly to the pillow under her. Cloth covered her mouth and nose, a sickly sweet smell enveloping her senses. Her mind began getting hazy. Chloroform, her mind whispered almost silently. Her vision began tunneling, and she weakly looked up into a pair of icy blue eyes. She stared into those eyes as she was pulled deeply and forcefully into oblivion. Isabelle is a smart girl and not really the girly type unless going out. You would usually see her wearing sweats around the house or outside in her backyard on the beach since she lives on the ocean. So when she suddenly gets kidnapped one day, she wonders what she had ever done to deserve this. She hadn't done anything wrong, at least she didn't think she did. But she learns that there is something about her that is special and that she is not only human. Meet Jared Gray, the person that kidnapped Isabelle because of her being his mate. He's been waiting since he was 16 to find his mate and now he's 22, about to give up on ever finding his mate. But when he smells her in a mall one day, he follows her home and decides to take what's his. Isabelle's life will never be the same again. Will she be able to escape or will she fall in love with her hot and charming kidnapper that she wants nothing to do with? Or will she stay with him and eventually fall in love? --- THIS IS A DRAFT.
