On the eve of Voldemort's fall everything changes. For Severus Snape it changes all over again the very next day.

This is the first in a Harry Potter AU where Snape raises Harry Potter. There are a lot of universe changes but this is mostly fluff that happens before Harry starts as a student.  It also features a very angsty Severus Snape learning to deal with the joy and hardships of raising a child.
