Frank is a serial killer. He is very similar to the infamous Zodiac Killer, but he doesn't consider himself a copycat; because he doesn't do everything exactly the way he the Zodiac Killer did. The only true reason he is similar to him, is the letters. The letters he sends to the Summit Gazette after every kill. Gerard is a journalist and an artist for his local newspaper, The Summit Gazette. He is downright tired of his job was ready to leave it for something new when he received a letter directed towards the newspapers office. It was from the murderer, now known as Leathermøuth. While writing the article on Leathermøuth, a man named Frank spills coffee on his laptop. Frank, quickly apologizing, cleaned the coffee and left. But he left something behind; his wallet.
