Neon is a broken character yet meets people later in her life. 15 years later Neon was walking in the woods alone and she Came across a gang in the woods, before Neon got the chance to run she was grabbed by a Mysterious black figure that had saved Neon from getting killed, later the figure took off her mask and it was a girl named Stormy Stone Which inspired her to become a true hero, later in the year she found out what happened to Neon's Mother and when she did Doctor Greene Killed Stormy Right in front of Neon, Neon felt pain so she attacked then she vanished never to return to the lab. 16 years later she meets a awoken legend named Midnight Hikari, which rose from a lake from a frozen coffin deep inside the lake meeting Neon. Midnight and Neon became Best Friends And Crime fighters one was dark, the Other was light most thought they were "Colored Lights" because Of personalities. Midnight, and Neon both knew that they had to save the world from War.
