I sat in the library. There was not a single person in sight. There was just complete, suffocating silence. Then the silence shattered when I heard loud footsteps. Each step got louder and louder. I looked up and saw . . . Max. He stood right before of me. His hair held in a slick quiff and his beautiful lips curved in a grin. My heart started to beat rapidly.
