The endless cityscape of the San Fransico Bay continues to become more and more choked with crime, corruption, and hopelessness as it continues to grow since the decimation of southern California. Now the largest city in the western hemisphere, it is the center of a world brimming with superhumans and miracles of science. And among this megacity's street, the Griffin does his work. A superhero out of the comic books, scorned by the superhumans and feared by law enforcement, the Griffin has a plan to see order and justice maintained in his city. But even with vast wealth and technology, being a superhero isn't like the comics. Sidekicks aren't always friends, gadgets don't always save the day, and the body can only be pushed so far.
