When May Parker finds out the truth about peters "internship" she is less than pleased and lashes out. Tony decides to let Peter stay with him when its not safe for him to stay at home anymore. As soon as Peter is finally happy and safe with his new family he runs into some old enemies and is taken. Now its up to Tony Stark to save his kid.

The route to school was familiar, a blur of sidewalks and crosswalks. I cut through an alleyway- a shortcut I'd taken countless times before, despite the uneasy vibe it gave me. I've seen too much in alleyways to feel completely at ease, but desperate times call for desperate measures, right? At first, it was fine. I hurdled my bag over the wire fence that bisected the alley and started climbing. But then it hit me- that subtle hum at the back of my skull. My spider-sense. It started as a whisper, a soft ring of caution. But in seconds, it swelled into a deafening alarm. My hand gripped the top of the fence, my neck craning to glimpse whatever was behind me. Then, before I could process the danger, I felt it-a sharp, familiar sting. A taser. Pain shot through me, and my muscles locked as if every nerve was set ablaze. My thoughts scattered, but one thing remained clear: I freakin hate tasers. My body went limp, falling gracelessly to the cold, unforgiving concrete. Pain. That was all he knew now. Peter Parker had gotten over the fact that he would never be normal. The whole accords situation, vulture. It was all too much and had started to get to him. Peter got to stay in Avengers tower, and would go on the OCCASIONAL mission with the team, (luckily everyone had made up. Steve and Tony still had problems, but had almost managed to work them out) but mostly he just stayed there for the company, and it just made things better. He liked Mr. Stark. He was like a father to him and,( though he would never admit it) loved him like one. One day when Peter goes to his aunt's apartment, he is taken by someone. He doesn't know who. He doesn't know where. And he doesn't know WHY. Pain. That was all he knew now. Will the Avengers be able to find him? And if they do... Will he be OK? I would like to point out that this story is rated MATURE because of physical abuse, refusing to eat, and possible self harm. If I missed anything, please let me know and I'll add it to the list. (book 1) y/n stark is really not here for this european school vacation because in this post-endgame world, she's mourning the loss of her dad. but one (1) sticky boi peter parker is just trying to be the friend he once was while also trying not to flirt too much because if she rejects him (which she wouldn't, not that he knows that) while they're in venice holy hell he'll just pitch himself off the gondola right then and there. basically, y/n has been distancing herself & peter misses her & this school trip is a great way for him to coax her back into the real world & y/n really loves peter but is super sensitive and scared to lose him & also mysterio shows up at some point ugh @ nick fury leave ned leeds alone *this story was written prior to avengers: infinity war & spider-man: far from home coming out. therefore, the canon in which these characters live in is different from the mcu. in this canon - tony stark, captain america, & thor have all died. black widow & vision have survived. the decimation, where half the population was snapped from existence was erased with time travel so those who were snapped came back within online minutes, leaving some residual trauma. in this canon, those who survived the decimation only lived six months without those who were snapped, but those six months have been erased - leaving only the avengers to fully remember what happened.Complete

CROSS POSTED Tony was not okay. Tony was the exact opposite of okay. Tony, stupid, stupid Tony, not only recruited a teenager, he recruited a teenager that was now being targeted by Hydra. This had to be his fault. Hydra must have somehow found out Peter helped him in Germany and picked him out as the weakest link. They wanted to find a way to get to the Avengers, to get to Tony, and they found it. ***** In the aftermath of Civil War, the Accords have been sorted out, but the Avengers are far from mended. Their issues must be pushed aside, however, when Peter Parker, who has until then kept his real identity a secret, arrives at Stark Tower to tell Tony that May is missing. It will take the whole team to figure out what Hydra has planned, but they are nowhere near prepared for what they will find. PS: I promise the writing does get better! I was expecting this to be a shorter fic, but as you can tell it kind of ran away from me and I take it more seriously than I did in the beginning! Thanks for reading!Complete
