Charlotte Williams always wanted to be a football coach or referee. 

Becoming a coach was almost a no brained where as being a referee; well there's more to that than meets the eye.

You see the standard of referring, especially in the women's game is appalling. Trailblazers such as Sian Massey-Ellis and Bibiana Steinhaus have led the way, starting in women's football before officiating at men's games and Charlotte wanted to do that until an injury she picked up actually playing football ended her chances.

Instead she chose coaching but the paths she choses in future will lead her down a different career path; one she probably wouldn't have chosen.All Rights Reserved
