Rose Minula is a mute, but she always smiles. She hasn't spoken since witnessing her parents murder. They were killed by the same man blamed for multiple murders. They call him 'The Assassin'. No one ever escaped him. No one but Rose.
Now, he is hunting her. She is constantly moving to try to escape him, but she can't run forever. Especially since she still has to attend highschool.
At her newest highschool she meets a girl named Ava Julil. Ava is the school badass. She is known for getting into fights, and always winning them. How is it Rose manages to peak her interest? Can Ava protect Rose from the mysterious killer?
