(This is a Dragon Age II FAN FICTION. I do not own most of the characters, places, or things that are used. *Credit to Bioware* PLEASE do not read if you plan to play, or have not yet finished Dragon Age 2, because this book contains SPOILERS. The ideas in this story are things I personally thought of. This is my first book that I am determined to finish, so if you have suggestions, or thoughts on how things should be improved, please message me or comment. Dragon Age: The Surviver
Following a lot of the Dragon Age game series storyline by Bioware but with a twist... A young Dalish girl's clan is slaughtered by Tevinter mages but they take the girl as a slave and burns Lyrium into her skin. (Yes, like a certain angsty porcupine we know.) Before the girl is taken to Tevinter she over powers the mages with her new abilities and is found by a group of Templars. Not knowing what to do with the girl they take her back to the Ferelden Circle of Magi where she later on meets the Grey Warden... She's bi so she'll blush at anyone who flirts with her, like most of Dragon Age characters. Her romance won't happen until Veilguard. I originally started writing this to help get Dragon Age out of my system but it's starting to make my love for it grow stronger and I wish to share it with others. I'm open to any lore corrections. I unfortunately don't have any of the books so some of the lore may be lost to me but I'll try my best with the knowledge I've gained from the games, series and movie. One thing was different however, (F/n) was an elf, and (M/n) was a dwarf. Somehow the child was much more-so, like the darkspawn, but she was still an dwelven child. That didn't stop the slavers however, and they took her away at the age of, 10. After a few years she grew attached to her master, whom was a very very kind young woman. This woman would take her to meetings in Seheron to speak wih the Qunari Arishok. (Y/n) was fluent in Qunarin and one day, she asked hem to attack the city and she would join them in it. And they did, and she as well joined them. After Seheron fell, hey branded her back with Lyrium, in the oddly familiar shape of the Amell crest. Something funny about this little Dwelf was that she was a demon too, but kept it to herself. Her master, Anna Llamar, had no clue that she was a mage, yet knew of her origins as a shape-shifter. After a short while of being with the Qunari, she traveled to Kirkwall, Where the Qunari were forced to stay, yet they allowed her... No, willed her to search for her Aunt, who sent word to her when Lothering was destroyed, and Kirkwall was to be her new home. (Y/n) learned that Leandra lived with (Y/n)'s uncle, Gamlen Amell. So she went to lowtown sadly, at night.
