The women join a secret government project for women and men join the paratrooper 506th division. The four want to fight for there country in the midst of the second world war. The four meet the famous Easy Company of the United States, 506th and join them on their European campaign. They meet the boys and instantly are showered with praise, security, and compassion. The young red headed female lieutenant catch the other Easy lieutenant eyes. Dick Winters is a young lieutenant who obtained the highest academic standing in the business college. On August 25, 1941, Winters enlisted in the Army. He would write in his memoirs that he "had no desire to get into the war" but joined to fulfill a one-year requirement of service and to avoid being drafted later. While touring Camp Artemis with his fellow companies members. They meet a strong sniper and nonchalant intelligence officer. Dick begins to have conflict amongst his feelings.
