Ein ganz normaler Schulausflug wie jeder andere begann. Die Schülerinnen und Schüler stiegen in den Schulbus hinein. Auf dem Weg zu den Bergen fuhr plötzlich der Bus die 200 Meter große Klippe hinunter und alle 26 Schülerinnen und Schüler starben bei diesem Unfall. 3 weitere Jahre vergingen nach dem Unfall, doch in der Zeit passierten einige mysteriösen Dinge in der Kleinstadt Gravity Falls. Einige Personen, die am Unfall beteiligt waren, wurden nach 3 Jahren wiederbelebt, jedoch ohne Erinnerungen an den Unfall.
