Despite his belief he wanted to be a hero, just like his father (Delsin Rowe, the No. 4 Hero) before him, because of this he's trained his mind and body, but what happens when he learns he can drain smoke? [This story will not be a harem]

I recently replayed inFamous Second Son and thought it would be cool if in MHA there was a character that had similar powers to the conduits of the inFamous universe. This is my attempt at that story.
