Max was always a delinquent kid who felt the need to cause trouble to mess with his father's business. In order to do so he vandalized, began street fighting and racing along with being expelled a few times. As he starts his new school his learning time is cut short when his father gives him away to, The Phantoms, one of the top gangs in the city. What Max thought was going to ruin him ended up giving him the life he needed. Although the happiness soon ends as he becomes the center of one of the biggest gang wars. Now he must help his friends in defeating their enemies.
