April Crowe, a 17 year old girl with a supersonic power, has dealt with many hardships. Even that of her parents death, who were killed by a famous villain gang called Atom. April, who was just a kid then, was saved by one of the Superhero committe. Now, she lives to accomplish only one thing. To keep people like her safe from Villain gangs like Atom.

April now living in the slums of New Seattle get's the help of her dearest friend Emily Embers. Emily tries her best to help April reach her goal, but ends with a terrible outcome.
