This anthology is selfsame to an artist's palette- poets carefully choose and blend their emotions on the creative panel of their mind before applying it in rationed amounts to the paper, the same way a painter would coalesce colors on a palette and then fill the canvas with their structured, even strokes.  And so, you will find in these poems perhaps a piece of yourself.  You may not find it at first.  But read carefully; look closer.   Read between the lines, because Wattpad sure does leave plenty of space between each one.  Remember that all of you are your own separate paintings, with your own shades and hues and themes.  Sometimes you may feel like your painting is an empty, endless void, but they- the colors- exist.  For everyone.  There is a color in each and every one of you- you just have to find it.

why does falling in love really hurt?? like, i just love! why does it make me so hurt. and then, i realized... love arrives like a storm tearing down walls i didn't know were there exposing the raw nerve endings of my heart it hurts because feeling is terrifying but the ache is also the proof that i am alive .....

MELANCHOLY | Melancholy drips from my fingertips. SOON TO BE A PUBLISHED PAPERBACK. COMING 2025! This melancholy drips from my fingertips so slowly, you begin to forget I even exist. All of me, the hard parts of flesh you could never seem to love, drips down the drain. I am waiting for the day for your fingers to unscrew the pipes, dig through debris and mess, scrape your heart against the rust, just to find me, so we can go through it all over again. Here, in the pages I find myself, in the ink that writes against my flesh, I will whisper the sadness, the heartache, and the decaying for all of the unspoken.
