"I don't get why others get married but still get divorced, like, isn't that the point of marriage? They even swore to love each other and be together through thick and thin. What's the point of marriage if they just fight alot or the other cheats or something, and ends up getting a divorce?" I ranted, Jaemin just nodding.
"I know right?" Jaemin says.
I thought for a while and then something came up my mind.
"Hey Jaemin, what if we get married? Do you think the same thing will happen to us?" I asked.
"As long as their hearts beat as one, they can pretty much solve any problem," Jaemin replied.
"Okay."
"Wait...." Jaemin said.
"What's wrong?"

The wedding night was cold. Not because of the air, but because of the silence between them. Taehyung sat on the edge of the bed, fingers curled into fists, his breath uneven. He was trapped. Forced into a marriage with the one man he despised. Jeongguk stood near the window, watching the city lights, pretending not to notice the storm raging in Taehyung's eyes.
