Singularity

I opened my eyes to an unfamiliar place. My head aching like thousand devils. I am lying against the cold floor in dark room, the eerie atmosphere in here sending shivers down my spine but as soon as I made an attempt to stand on my feet the rattling sound startled me as I realised that I have been chained.
Still figuring out how I ended up in this dark suffocating cell the door suddenly opened making me flinch and a man revealed himself as he made his entry into the room and seating himself in front of me on his knees. I can't see his face because he is wearing a hood covering his eyes and casting a dark shadow on rest of his face.
I was so deep in my thoughts that I didn't even realise when he grabbed a lock of my hair so harshly that a muffled scream escaped my lips I can feel my vision getting blurred, tears streaming down my cheeks and everything around me in an instance blacked out.
