When a large area of land is completely cut off from the US by the fire of war, Emmie Angelo's life down spirals into poverty and chaos. Upon arrival Emmie realizes that there is something very wrong going on beneath the privileged appearance of this whole operation, but because of a traumatic bombing experience she finds that she can't remember the specific details needed to crack the twisted secrets of Camp Upham.
