Shane Evans is the Ceo of the biggest auction house in indianapolis, Evans International Auction house. Shane is a bubbly, kind, and loving person who is always looking on the bright side. He took over his fathers auction house at the age of 19, although very young, hes put his all into making the company what it is today. When an attempt is made on his life after recieving several threatening letters, Shane finally opens up to his brother, who is home on leave. His brother takes it upon himself to hire Shane a personal bodyguard.
Retired marine sergeant, Kellan Samuals is an ice cold man...or so he seems. After leaving the marines with an honorable discharge and a bad knee, Kellan finds himself back in the big city of Indianapolis running a private security company and taking care of his sick grandfather. When an old friend, who had saved his life on more than one occasion, calls him about a job protecting his little brother while he is deployed, he cant say no.
What happens when cold calculated Kellan meets sweet little naive Shane.
