Kenna is a 17 year old 'orphan' trying her hardest to live a good life with her friends and the little money they have.

After her parents found out that she could bend 2 of the 4 major elements, they kicked her onto the street, leaving her to fend for herself.

 One stormy winters day, when Kenna is barely 14, she is found by a young bender of the same origin; raised on the streets, tough as nails, and sly as a fox. This bender takes her in and lets her live with him and his brother, befriending her. 

Kenna and these benders become close friends, but when they meet the avatar, things start to get complicated.

Y/N helps her train and the two of them along with their three friends Mako, Bolin and Asami form the new Team Avatar in order to stop The Equalist's and their leader Amon.
