This 2019 edition was a finished product of my very first ideas of Elemental Drifters published in 2019. The book is kept for nostalgic reasons and a show of my development in writing in the past. I won't discourage you from reading this book but I highly recommend you to read the newest remastered edition in the franchise.)

Two legendary street drivers of the twenty first century would battle it all out at the most dangerous and thrilling mountain passes of Japan: Mt. Haruna aka Mt. Akina.

One is the Drift King; The White Comet of Sadamine. The drifter who started from ground up; doing oversteering drifts in his home course the Sadamine to battling Ren Kogashiwa in Mount Akina at speeds of 300km/h in his famed Mazda RX-7 FC.

The other is the Savior of The Earth; former leader of the Order Of Elements and current leader of the Elemental Drifters, a extraterrestrial street racing organisation with alien cars.

Elemental magic is based upon the four core elements - Earth, Air, Fire and Water. Elemental magic is most prominent in England, where many mages gather to learn and research elemental magic. However, during the early 1500's, the Fire Outbreaks happened. Several various fire mages suddenly swept through and destroyed the smaller cities of England, killing many in their way and leaving no survivors. Due to this the Council of Magic, the governing figure of elemental magic, issued an act - The Anti-Fire Act. This effectively banned any and all use of fire magic within all of England. The Council of Magic was later changed to the Triumvirate in the 1540's, and from then on are set on killing off every last fire mage. Allen Fleming, a 15 year old air mage, wishes to attend the Magical Knights Academy. The academy is where many young, prominent mages attend to improve their use of magic, and eventually become a magical knight. Magical knights are the respected mages who protect the cities of England and keep its citizens safe. But in order to even attend the academy, Allen must first pass the entrance exam. However, Allen's magic is extremely weak and he relies mostly on his physical fighting ability. Air is considered the strongest element within England, and with his lack of air magic prowess, many mages hate and ignore him. But what many do not know, is that Allen possesses a second element - the fire element! Without knowing who his real parents are, and having to keep his fire magic a secret, Allen has to work hard if he ever wishes to become a magical knight and achieve his goals. However, with tensions rising within the Triumvirate, fire mages on the run, and other events happening behind the scenes, Allen must go from being the weakest to the strongest if he even hopes to stop what may be coming in the near future.

Ten years after the ceasefire has been declared, the secessionist National Environmental Republic celebrates it tenth anniversary along with the World Environment Day. Lieutenant Ace, a local environmentalist and a commanding officer of the National Environmental Gendarmerie, the military and police force of the country, is leading a ten vehicle convoy on a patrol mission outside the capital of the country, Atlas city. Things go smoothly at the beginning, however once they are outside the capital, a mysterious storm transports the entire convoy in a medieval like world where magic, knights, dragons, elves and goblins exist. With no way of returning to the modern world or contacting headquarters, the gendarmes decide to carry on with their mission, fight for the environment and protect the innocent. Armed with only non lethal ultrasound guns and a few anti-tank/anti-aircraft missiles and equipped with six electric pickup trucks, four homemade armored vehicles and two eco friendly patrol boats, the gendarmes carry out their mission while at the same time the will try to survive in this new world where everyone and everything could be your enemy the next day. Will they make it back to the modern world or will the remain stuck forever in the world of magic and dragons? This is a novel inspired loosely from the movies G.I. Samurai (1979), The Final Countdown (1980) and Samurai Commando 1549 (2006), the anime GATE and the manga Japan Summons. It is an original work and not a rip-off, parody, spin-off or fanfic of any similar existent stories. Any uploaded photo belongs to me and me only P.S.
