She never should've agreed to go on the night cruise at Niagara Falls in Canada with Mark. Although Mark said it wasn't going to be scary, she couldn't help but think they were going to drown.
Helen was nervous due to all the people and the rocking of the boat. Mark kept telling get it was going to be ok, just hold on the rail & let the water falls relax you.
Nothing he said calmed Helen down. Then he thought what usually relaxes my baby when she's stressed???
