Falyn entered the army in disguise of her sick twin brother, Fa Lei, to investigate the death of her elder brother, Fa Ran, whom she suspected did not die in war but was murdered in the army in cold blood. Prince Shou, the Dark Prince also known as the God of War, finally came back to the army base by the order of the King to overlook the new recruits. Rumour has it that the new soldiers are not up to par for war and war is approaching. What better way to uproot the army from corrupted generals by joining the army in disguise as a novice soldier. Falyn tried to remain low profile, quietly investigating but the new soldier in the army was not making things easier for her. Shou plan to expose the corrupted ways of the authorities, but a certain tiny soldier keeps getting in his way, making him miss his steps. Miss a step and fall in love. A/N: This is my first original story. Hope you like it. Please be kind. *All characters and names are fiction. If there are any resemblances it is purely coincidental. I do not own any of the pictures, credits are to its respective owners. Thank you! *

Avira Fernsby had everything she wanted, a family, a home, even a handsome but annoying enemy. Except one day her family becomes the enemy, some are dead, her home is far away, her enemy becomes her friend, and her life becomes a little strange. Her original home, the kingdom of Harwen's greatest enemy is the kingdom, Wayollen. When there is nowhere else to go, she begrudgingly turns to Hiroshi, Wayollen's crown prince. Can she save her kingdom, or will she be consumed in its flames? There is not a specific year this story is set in, and I will leave some of those details up to the reader's imaginations. However, I can tell you this exists in a time before cars. It is in a world of letters, ballgowns, kids playing in wheat fields, and kingdoms and thrones. While there are many pleasant things filled up in this world, it also holds mysteries, wars, and some crazy experiences for our characters. Dedicated to RB, the one who corrected all my misplaced commas in school, and one whom I'm sure will never read this... it's a secret. Miss you lots!
