THIS BOOK CAN BE READ AS A STAND-ALONE, ALTHOUGH I DO RECOMMEND READING THE PREVIOUS BOOK CALLED "BEAUTY AND BEASTLY". THIS BOOK IS SECOND IN THE SERIES "BEAUTY IN SIST". READ THE PROLOGUE ! (In the book) But really you should know that Adena has been locked up in the tower for nearly half of her life. She's not waiting to be rescued, her parents know exactly where she is. She's treated with precaution and its all because of that tattoo on her neck. The one her parents saw when she was just 9 years old. But they are hiding things and she wants to know what is wrong with her. She wants to know why she doesn't deserve her parent's love. And why she is not worthy to be a part of the family or the kingdom. She's the princess, but she can easily be mistaken for a prisoner. What aren't they telling her? Why are they afraid? Do they even know everything? 2# in monster

Kilan is on the run. From men he knows all too well in a forest he does not know well enough. And running into that tree didn't help. But when he wakes up, the forests are the least of his concerns. Kilan finds he has stumbled upon a castle, hidden deep in the woods, filled with servants and young masters who feel like they might just be more then they seem. And there are the thorns. Thousands upon thousands of thorns that cover the grounds and yet only cover one tower - why? And what about the dreams? The girl in the rose room? She seems so real, almost familiar, and yet he can only see her when he sleeps within the castle walls. She isn't there and he has not the time for a Sleeping Beauty. He has other things to contend himself with, in reality - in the waking world. His most prized possession is gone. A story book that means the world to him is lost within the forests - or worse, someone has their hands on it. Above all, it must be found, he has no time for a girl in dreams and the curse placed upon her - he writes fairy tales, he does not live them. He must find the book and be away from the strange Rose Castle. But someone has already noted his presence and has taken an interest in him. An interest one would not wish for. ~~~~~~ (Please Note: These books link but it is NOT ESSENTIAL that you read them in order - they stand alone as well as link together) The Rose Quartet Reading Order: Beauty and The Beast: http://w.tt/1wczujq Sleeping Beauty The Frog Prince: http://w.tt/1KphNHL Little Red Riding Hood: http://w.tt/1PBaNbs ~~~~ Cover picture by: Selene Regener Check them out: http://selenada.deviantart.com/
