Gerard Way is just what you'd expect from a teenager. He struggles in some school subjects, and he excels in others. He's bitter towards his mom, and he loves his brother more than anything. He has his hobbies, and he has his vices.
Despite this, Gerard has struggles that he would rather die than share. So when the councler assigned someone to monitor him at lunch, he's not exactly happy about it.
Gerard feels like his life is spiraling to hell, but if his feelings for his monitor change, could his life, just maybe, start changing for the better?
For the record, I hate this, but I have some friends who wanted to read it so I'm posting it

Gerard way and Frank Iero have always passed each other in the hallway but never spoke a word to one another. They are both alike in many ways. Both loners who feel like they don't quite belong. Frank mostly spends his days depressed and alone. The occasional hurtful remarks from his fellow classmates and father wearing him down. Frank's family issues seem to swallow him hole which is mainly why he feels like throwing in the towel... permanently. Gerard lives to protect those he cares about. Though, he has a bit of an edgy attitude most people learn to respect. There's more to Gerard than what the outside shows. His brother Mikey and best friend Ray know glimpses of how he really feels, and how complications from the past really fuck with his behavior. But, their differences don't keep them apart considering these strangers are forced into each other's lives when Gerard finds Frank attempting to commit suicide. In his last year of school, he decides to take a risk and starts a school project in which he wants to find out why all of his teachers and classmates hate homosexual people so much. For his project "homophobia is gay" he interviews a few people but decides that this won't be enough. What if he could introduce one of them to his world and show them that it's not bad to be gay?
