Long ago, the King and Queen had created a competition to reward their Allies. This competition was one of storytelling with multiple boons going to the winner's people. However, as one of the newly acquired allies of the Winter Kingdom,  the young bowwoman, Ivar, never planned to enter. But, when the newly crowned King Balthazar called upon her to represent her people in the competition she has no choice but to accept. This leading to the woman sharing a tale of the mythical colossi who were said to once roam the world long ago.
