John Laurens is in a mental asylum after his parents abused him for being gay, causing his extreme anxiety and fear of people, as well as going selectively mute. Alexander, John's doctor, began to wonder of his true background, which later brought them closer. John only ever spoke for Alexander. One day, Alex decided he needs John in his life forever, so he breaks him out. It's one man, another man with a fear of people, and a motorcycle to drive across the country to escape the cops.
