It had only been few months after her cousin Hannah had died in a fire and her best friend Tina had left town without a goodbye. As if that wasn't devastating enough for Monica her entire family (except for her aunt) had died in a car accident. Seeing a treacherous part of life no one ever warned her of, Monica built a wall around her heart and vowed never to let herself get hurt in anyway whatsoever.
Trapped in the darkness of her soul and struggling to overcome her fatal anger and prove to people she was not a villain and a murderer, Monica found it hard to break down walls of insecurities and overcome her family recent death.
Things had even taken a detrimental turn when she started Pivic secondary school and had been exposed to dangerous and deadly teenagers. One of which was the atrocious queen bee of the school Kylie Jacobson. Kylie had been Monica's nemesis since day one and had made life harder for Monica. But will Monica be able to keep her anger on leash without breaking the rules and staining her hand? Will she be able to overcome the obstacles hurled continuosly in her way? Would she bow to the Ks (the ruler of the school) or make them bow to her feet? Will she be able to trust herself again and keep her promise of never loving anyone especially when the dashing Nicholas Francis barged into her life?...
