Over at least hundreds to thousands of years ago was a war between the great Squid and Octopus.
When the war ended the Squids retreated on land and began to evolve over the years into today but now something is wrong, a mysterious woman, a shady teen, and musical king, and a distressed Octoling, but thats for you to find out and for me to write.
