For four years I was verbally abused by my alcohol father, my mother was verbally and physically abused and on my 14th birthday he finally got sent to jail for verbal physical and alcohol abuse. 
I've had my own set of issues after thoes 4 years
Self harming, disliking myself, and 2 Suicide attempts.

And not very proud.
