A seemingly unstoppable disease is quickly spreading through the realm of Itteros. It has many names - The Shaking Death, Rooster Tongue, The Lurgy. No one knows how or why it began and no doctor or magic-worker can figure out how it's being spread. People are disappearing off the streets.

Robin is just a working-class citizen trying to help her parents make a living. She steals from the higher-class society in Obaroth to support the orphanage and because it seems to be the only thing she's good at.

Nikolas Ciardi is a high-ranking soldier in the King's Military and good friends with the Prince. Everything is going perfectly for him; there's rumour of promotion to General, the beautiful Princess Sage is looking for a suitor, and he's in good graces with the King of Obaroth.

The unlikeliest of comrades must find a way to stop the Lurgy from killing more people, and the King of Obaroth has a plan. Willing or unwilling, they must journey to the mining town Gomulyn to retrieve an antidote that can stop the Lurgy.

So, here we are, all of us, lost in this mystical realm with zero memory of where we came from. It's like we all took the world's worst vacation, and now nobody can find their way back home. And guess what we have to guide us? A poem. Because why bother with maps or instructions when you can have cryptic, poetic nonsense? It's almost like Serenus wants us to play a twisted game of "figure it out before you die." Now, the world itself is a total trip. It's a magical land where anything is possible, except, apparently, for things making sense. But don't let the pretty flowers and magical buffets fool you-something's not quite right in this enchanted Eden. You've got all these resources lying around just begging to be used for peace, justice, and all those other warm, fuzzy ideals. It's like someone set up the perfect civilization starter kit, but forgot to mention that some of these folks are dead set on turning this dreamland into their own personal dystopia. And with their magical abilities, they're like toddlers wielding chainsaws-adorably dangerous, but mostly just dangerous. Meanwhile, me and my merry band of misfit friends are stuck trying to save this world from self-destruction. Because apparently, we're the only ones who read the brochure about this place being a "civilized society based on values." And while we're at it, I'm also on a little side quest to answer the age-old question: Who am I? It's not like I have bigger things to worry about, like, I don't know, preventing magical Armageddon or anything. With a charming mix of wit, sarcasm, and a healthy dose of "what-the-heck-is-going-on," the story of Serenus follows our nameless protagonist as they unravel the mysteries of this strange land, all while trying to avoid becoming dino-chow or the latest victim of a magical mishap. It's a tale of self-discovery, magical frisking, and just trying to survive another day in this oh-so-serene-and completely crazy-world.

As long as people believed that there was a division between the Gifted and the non-Gifted, that one was superior to the other, I wasn't done. As long as there were kings on thrones to reinforce the idea that people like Porter and Briar and everyone else I cared about were unworthy of this world, I wasn't done. "And then," I continued, a resolution forming in my mind. "I'm going to destroy those six thrones." ********************************************** Wren Heatherfield has been through hell and back, surviving the deadly trials of the Garner and claiming the title of Garner Champion. However, her fight is far from over, with the real challenges only just beginning. Adjusting to her new life in the Ember Court with her insufferable enemy-turned-friend Kesserian Cinis, Wren is forced to face the truth of how close the six courts of Naturian are to a civil war, with Nox and Wren leading the opposing sides. But the fight for allies she can trust might turn out to be just as hard as her internal fight: coming to terms with her true identity. With the loyalties and beliefs of her past and present self at war with each other, Wren must decide who she is and what she stands for if she has any hope of surviving this upcoming war. Plagued by nightmares and trauma from her time in the Garner, Wren must find a way to keep moving forward. With the weight of a crumbling nation on her shoulders, Wren has one chance to fix the injustices that plague Naturian and achieve her dreams of toppling tyranny, but the alluring power of the throne might prove too intoxicating for even her to resist. A fight for her loved ones. A fight for the oppressed. A fight to save the remaining good in Naturian. The chains have been released. Now the real fight begins.

Waking up face down in mud sucks any day of the week. But coming around in the sludge of a strange realm...? Well, that just redefines a bad day altogether. Trapped in an unfamiliar world, sixteen-year-old Quinn is frustrated that none of the strange Tree People appreciate his urgency to get back home to earth. Now he is faced with a choice that could change the course of his life: escape and find his own way home, or stay and help them find the cause of the poison ravishing their world. When the mind-reader unlocks one of the ancient mysteries of the Tree People it points to the only way of saving them from annihilation: they have to find the Power of Light. What exactly that means, the mind-reader doesn't reveal, but his next warning comes as a shock to all present: finding the mysterious Power of Light can only be done with the help of the dangerous enemy tribe whom they once called family. Quinn soon finds himself a little more entangled in the lives of these gifted beings than he'd care to be. Especially after meeting Jazz: the feisty girl from his world who seems to be a regular visitor to the world of Zoay. To Quinn's constant frustration, the aqua-eyed pixie makes it clear that she's not there to make friends. On their journey they'll brave bizarre encounters in dangerous alien forests, while sacrificing pride and will for the survival of all. Along the way Quinn finds more than he ever thought to seek: purpose, fulfillment and love. When the Power of Light is finally found a devastating discovery is made: if all of Zoay-including their enemy-want to live and prosper, one must be willing to sacrifice their life.

Book 1 in a series! Despite what Emrys has been told, her Kingdom Abneer was not the only one to survive, King Reyes is not the only monarch, and monsters are real. Previously a soldier for the King, now betrothed to his son, Prince Roan, Emrys Ortega is starting to feel the burden of the title she never wanted. After repeatedly sneaking out of the palace leads to a sinister threat from the King, Emrys begins to worry for her family's safety. So when she learns that one of her kingdom's soldiers has been kidnapped by the Queen of another Kingdom, Valoria, she sees this as her opportunity to redeem herself in the King's eyes and protect her family. The only problem is that she had no idea the Kingdom of Valoria even existed. In fact, the Kingdom is unlike her own. It's filled with the same monsters from the stories she had been told-monsters of the night. In order to rescue the soldier, Emrys must team up with the notorious monster, the Shadow Knight, and his team of mercenaries. Through their missions and encounters with the monsters, Emrys not only learns the true extent of the lies she had been fed, but that the King has something planned, far bigger than she ever imagined, and finally realizes that her true enemies may not be the monsters after all.
