After My Chem dissolved Mikey needed to find something new to do because music just wasn't working anymore. So he met up with some old friends who owned a laboratory and they let him work on his own stuff in a separate room, his inventions often blew up. Frank decides that while he's in LA he'll visit Mikey and see what he's doing.
