Simply Me (Poetry Book)

I've made this for you for when you're lost and alone when you're sinking like a stone use these words, these pieces of broken soul, to heal your own. - this is strictly for awareness, I do not encourage anyone to do the following and if you struggle with any of this please message me or contact a professional for help. Do you know that feeling? Nothing matters, nobody cares, life has no meaning. That feeling that you want to just give up? That all you do is use up space and annoy people? That everybody is better off without you? That's me everyday. Every single day I have to restrain myself from jumping in front of a car or taking all my pills all at once. These short stories are my thoughts when I'm alone.

Fake a smile, No one knows you're broken. Fake a smile, it's easier than trying to explain why you're sad. Fake a smile, lie and say you're fine, it's easier then trying to explain why you do what you do. Quotes, Stories, Entries and Poems about what it's like to be depressed, alone, suicidal etc...

This is a place for me to put all the things I wish I said but I just couldn't. These are a way for me to "say" these things without actually saying them to the person I want to. I probably won't ever go back or read any of these because it's like revisiting a bad memory so don't expect much in terms of editing. Also I wouldn't consider this poetry but it is laid out that way. WARNING Talk of depression, suicide, anxiety, and self harm. Don't read if you don't like things like that and may get triggered. I don't mean to cause anyone problems of any sort, but these are the things I feel and can't help. Please keep negativity away as this is a sensitive subject for a lot of people. Thank you. Have you ever wondered what goes on inside of the mind of a truly broken soul? The mind of a person with severe mental disorders. The one who smiles on the outside but is really dying within. The one that always appears happy. The person that you'd never guess was suffering every single day. Have you ever questioned what could break a person so badly? Have you ever wanted to get inside the mind of that person? This poetry is mine. This is me, opening my damaged mind to be discovered. Inside you'll find the raw emotions of a truly broken soul.
