It could definitely be said that Cleo, Rikki, Emma and Bella have overcome the storm. Their friendship is now stronger and they've done so many things together. But just as summertime is in full swing, an unexpected cloud pops up. Charlotte returns to the coast. Outline of 'Small Town Spirits'
When I was fourteen-years-old, I planned this whole story out about a girl who could see spirits of the dead. I never ended up writing this book, but I still have the plans and in my short stories, I often allude to things that happened in this novel. For the benefit of everyone, I have decided to share my chapter outline just so you have context on what is occurring.
