Wallflower: A person who, at a party, would stay and talk to the bare minimum of people you know and just observe. A wallflower is an extremely shy, socially awkward person.

There is no better way to describe Amelia Jones. She's socially awkward and extremely shy around people. She has no friends and is always alone. Amelia takes comfort in music. It's always been there for her and it always will.

But sometimes music isn't enough. Sometimes she needs to express herself in another way. So she writes. In a diary.

This is the diary of a wallflower.

The Beautiful Wallflower

35 parts Complete Mature

"You truly are one special lady." Wallflowers symbolize a shy or excluded person at a dance or party, especially a girl without a partner. Victoria Blackburn lives a lonely and simple life. She is not like most ladies in London, and that is how she likes it. She does not want to be the centre of gossip, but a rumour about her and a lord she does not know well has been made up. Now her house at Lyne Avenue seems to be the place where everyone wants to be. Andrew Brompton is not liked by the ton, and when a rumour comes out, he does not bother about it. But he feels the need to protect the lady who is in the centre of attention, next to him. He discovers there is much more to her than he initially thought, and that mayhap all rumours are untrue. Will they be able to see through the superficial façade of rumours and brave the ton, or will they return to their quiet and uneventful life? Victorian Flower Series #2 Can be read as a stand-alone book.
