Felicia Hardy is a 15 year old girl who had been trained in every way possible since she could walk, by her father. Though she didn't use her abilities until after her fathers death, which she watched happen at the age of 10.

Since then she has been looked after by her mother, step father and two older step brothers, James and Jared Merrowoff.
