When her mother died, her dad drove himself into his work. It was the only way he knew to "cope". Oftentimes, this left a young Adelaine alone by herself. She had to learn to take care of herself., She had no resentment towards her dad, she knew he tried his best. She had finally gotten the hang of how her life had been going, until she meets Easton Louis. The "pretty boy" at school, Adelaide isn't interested in the slightest. She will however admit that he is in fact pretty, she would be blind not to see that. But, she has promised herself not to turn into one of the girls who spend their nights crying over a boy. Follow the life of Adelaide as she copes with the heartbreaks and hardships of life.
