After the revolution of Panem, there was a Failure in the new government system. This caused a lot of confusion of what should happen next. Gale Hawthorne resolved this by overthrowing what was left of the government and declaring himself dictator. He renamed Panem Galelandia. Meanwhile, Katniss and Peeta Mellark have two children, Rye and Willow, who meet Gale's adopted daughter, Katniss Hawthorne. This causes pandemonium throughout all of Panem. Soon they will all try to stop the rule of Gale Hawthorne. Rose Snow is also upset about Gale and will do whatever it takes to end his rule.
