This is book 1 called The Path to the Good Things in Life.

Quick warning: this book contains sensitive subjects throughout its majority including; Selfharm, Suicide, Abuse, and a few others.
Please be careful and understand that these subjects aren't jokes and should be taken seriously.

Basically, it's about a boy named Matthew and what he's gone through in his life, dealing with his "parents" who are very abusive towards him and his brother. Between being gay, and his home life, Matthew is super suicidal. He goes to school with a guy he really likes and he is finally going to talk to him and ask him to be his. This is their story.
