Theta-12 is a child MTF under Epsilon-11. There main purpose is to Re-Contain SCPs. Why not just send in Epsilon-11? It takes more resources than are needed. Theta-12 uses a SWAT/PMC tactics to contain SCPs, often being ruthless to them, causing them to be even more agitated than needed. This lead to the De-Activation of Theta-12, and the members wiped from history.
