No one ever expected it. No one thought they'd see this happen. All the comics and movies and shows, why fear it if it won't ever happen? They were all wrong. Sure everyone at first didn't believe the news one bit but sure enough they felt the reality as they got mauled by the hungry deceased corpses. At last when everyone figured this was definitely no joke, well it was too late. Most "died" within the first month, about two million to be exact.
