La Llorona, the weeping woman is a tale of a woman who drowned her own children. Her husband left her to marry a woman of a higher class. This frustrated her and lead to her drowning her children. Realizing what she has done, she cried and wandered the water banks hoping that they would come back to her one day. She forever walks the riverbanks and lakes in search for her lost children. One day, 3 brave children decided to visit a graveyard next to a river. Little did they know what faith held in hand for them...

Linnea has been wanting to die ever since her family was in a car crash. She was the only survivor and she's been riddled with guilt since that day because she was driving the car. Her guardian, Thibault, has been telling her how worthless she is and how she'll never be wanted ever since he had to take her under his wing. She started to believe it, so she hardened her heart. She's terrified that someone will leave her because they don't want her. She doesn't let anyone see her real emotions and doesn't let anyone in her heart. Then along comes Lorenzo. He tears down her walls and helps her from Thibault, but she's scared he'll leave her. So she pushes him away, not knowing that their lives are so much more connected than she thought. A/N-I marked this as mature because there are some pretty graphic scenes and it deals with self-harm/suicide.Complete
