Sarah Rotten is the younger sister of Lazy Towns' infamous 'villain' Robbie Rotten. Unlike her dear brother, Sarah loves to exercise and play with the kids. At least she does when her nightmares or her prosthetic don't get the best of her. 

With the help of her new friends and her dear brother, will Sarah be able to get her feet back under her?

Then there's the dark cloud that seems to hang over Lazy Town. The children complain of vivid nightmares and the scary dark figure of a woman that appears in their dreams.
