The war has ended years ago, but ghosts of the past will not leave him alone. We only wish to live in peace, but whether it is his memories, or those trying to bring him back into the fighting, he can't seem to be left alone. Is there truly redemption for those who survive? I have been kept from the killing, and he has long since given up his ways, but I am not sure how long that will last... He says if we can manage to get to Damascus, we should be safe, and no longer have to see the fighting, but that seems to be a world away.

Is it possible for the worst people with the worst of pasts to change? I think so, but does everyone else? For so long I was on the wrong side of a war that I thought I understood. Now I think that I finally understand the war that I helped start. Only now, I can't seem to understand the very side that I protected, and started. Will anyone forgive me or will I be left to fend for myself? *********Brooklyn Rose story (takes place in OUAT season three, Neverland)*********
