In the small town of Lonsdale, Bailey Shornwell is faced with grief when his older sister, Mari, commits suicide due to unknown circumstances. Bailey tries to walk along the path of acceptance only to stop and realize that something is off. He continuously gets recurring memories of Mari along with a mysterious figure that seemed to lead her astray, and he notices that the only other person he thought he could trust, Dex, is clearly hiding something regarding Mari and the distorted figure in his mind. Slowly, he begins to recollect everything that happened and starts to piece together everything he discovers, which turns out to be much more than he could have ever bargained for.
