Steve Rogers was not a happy man, at least not any more. He had left that behind 75 years ago in an ice cube that froze in time. And if there was anything that he hated most other than this new world he would try to find himself in again, was a spy. He hated the secrets and the lies, and now since he was working with SHEILD, he knew that he would have to work with a whole system of lies. But life is not a rose garden, or at least that's what his mother used to say.....
Natasha needed an out. She was done with the KGB and she had a contact working with SHEILD she was planning on calling out to. She hated the idea of leaving the people who raised her, but after this last brutal mission, she had no choice. She would not be the reason for any more innocent lives to be lost. She was done. Anyway, I was a little disappointed at the fact that someone died, and as a romangers shipper, kinda sad that I didn't have my OTP end up together (I am very happy and believed that Steve got the ending he deserved and Natasha's death, albeit sad and untimely, I could think of no better way for her to go).
