Kenzie Bishop is a struggling artist living in New York City. Her life is composed of school at Tisch School of the Arts, gigs at local clubs and bars, and trying to catch a break. When her sister asks her to sing with the band at her wedding, Kenzie immediately agrees. Yet, weeks before the wedding, the band cancels on her sister, and Kenzie is stuck singing the first dance song with the best man, Jaxson. He's handsome, intelligent, and sarcastic.

The problem for Kenzie? Jaxson has a girlfriend.

Jaxson Castillo has a steady job as a operations manager of a company in Boston. He lives in a nice loft, visits his parents every weekend, and is in a comfortable relationship with his college girlfriend. When his best friend asks him to sing with his bride's sister, Jaxson's reluctant to say the least. Once he sees her, he realizes how much deep shit he's in. Kenzie is beautiful, charming, and wickedly talented.

The problem for Jaxson? He can't seem to stay away from her.
