Not all broken crayons DO color the same. Andrew "Andy" Runeheart happens to be one of those crayons. He was beaten from the time he was two, orphaned at five, and he's been in foster care ever since. He lived with the Runehearts for a bit, until they died unnaturally. People say that it was just a car accident. But Andy wants the truth. While trying to find it, he gets into an accident. A really bad one. He wakes up on a ship, to learn that he is in the year 1776. On a ship. With the Marquis de Lafayette, one extremely confused Frenchman coming to the colonies to help in their fight for independence from Britain. As time goes on, Andy stays in the 1700's, convinced he is simply in a coma. That would explain the odd flashbacks that he's been having. Right?
But what about his undeniable feelings for America's favorite fighting Frenchman?
Follow Andy, Lafayette, and other characters in this tale of love, adventure, heartbreak, and mystery, as they all try to figure out their lives.
Will you break with them? Or laugh at their misfortune? Love the couples, or wish for a different pairing? Want to marry a character, or kill them? It's all up to you, in this boat of feelings.
